Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, individualized instruction in your area(s) of musical expertise
Cultivate a positive, growth-oriented environment for students of all levels
Participate actively in conservatory events, recitals, and community programming
Collaborate with fellow faculty to uphold and advance our educational standards
Serve as an ambassador for the conservatory within the broader music community
Maintain open, professional communication with students, families, and staff
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated experience teaching music at a private, studio, or institutional level
Strong performance background and/or advanced musical training
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A verifiable record of positive community engagement and student outcomes
Availability to commit to a consistent and agreed-upon teaching schedule
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
