Kindermusik® Foundations 0-2 age

Kindermusik Level 2, often titled "Imagine Thati!", is designed for toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years. This stage focuses on transitioning from babyhood to the more independent preschool years by balancing a toddler's need for exploration with their desire for parental closeness. A typical session includes instrument exploration, story time, and ensemble development, where children learn to play together.

Kindermusik® Level 3

 Kindermusik Level 3, often titled

"Imagine That!", is designed for preschoolers aged 3 to 5 years. While Level 2 focuses on exploration with a caregiver, Level 3 emphasizes independence and school readiness, with children often attending the first portion of the class on their own

the most significant shift is the move toward independence. While Level 2 is all about the "togetherness" with a parent, Level 3 is designed to bridge the gap between toddler play and a more structured school environment.

Little Drummers

My Little Violin

Kindermusik® Level 3

Intro to Percussion ages 4-6

In this class, your child will explore the world of percussion through hands on experience with djembes, bongos, and other hand drums. Through simple activities and rhythm games, students will develop their coordination, listening, skills, sense of rhythm, and all while enjoying the joy of making music together. Movement activities such as dancing and stretching will be utilized throughout the class to stimulate both bodies and minds, preparing them for learning. Students will enjoy games that emphasize key musical ideas, learn songs, sing in class, practice breathing with bubbles, interact with other young musicians, and enhance their understanding of music in the world. Through singing and the musical experiences offered in the Full Voice group class, you can expect your child to gain an expanded sense of self-confidence, happiness, ability to learn, artistic expression, awareness of music, and social development.

My First Piano Adventure ®

My First Piano Adventure ®

My First Piano Adventure ®

With students aged 4-6, piano teaching becomes an adventure for both the child and the teacher. We’ve set aside our seriousness and inhibitions to join the child’s world in a playful exploration of music and the keyboard. Through imagery, metaphor, and a diverse world of sound, we seek to develop a foundation of aural perception, eye tracking, and physical coordination. There is a special opportunity to develop perceptual ability at a young age. Skills unfold while we engage the child’s inherent love of music.

In My First Piano Adventure, five delightful “friends at the piano” engage the student with fun songs in many genres — folk, classical, blues, and originals. Unique technique activities and reading and rhythm games provide a holistic learning approach. These develop a foundation of aural perception, physical coordination, and eye-tracking for note reading.
