Youth Jazz Ensemble

FOR 4–12 GRADE ON ANY INSTRUMENT OR ABILITY LEVEL THURSDAYS 6

Our youth jazz program offers musicians of all levels an incredible chance to explore the rich history and fundamentals of jazz. Participants will benefit from forming mentored relationships with real-world professionals while engaging in our music programs.

In a small group environment, students can learn the art of improvisation, delve into jazz standards repertoire, and discover contemporary 21st century jazz music.

Current openings include:

-Brass and Woodwind instruments

-Drum set and percussion

-Vocalist

All students are required to study with a private teacher to enhance their skills in jazz ensembles.
